Now we'd love to share the 2 EDM machines  —BeiJing DMSPK® DR450H that have been arrived and put into use in the new year.
The manufacturing process of DMSPK® EDM machine originated from Japan SODICK which is the world's top EDM manufacturer.
They adopt  c-type bed with following features and performance:
1. All the castings of the machine have been heat treated and aging tested.
2. The CNC transmission system is connected with the Panasonic motor, ensuring the high-precision to be controlled stably.
3. The workbench adopts granite to reduce the deviation effectively caused by thermal expansion and contraction of metal materials and internal stress.
4. Parts can be machined at multiple angles.
5. A variety of materials can be machined automatically and manually, such as cemented carbide, titanium alloy, the alloys needs processing in high-temperature and so on.
6. The Maximum weight can be machined is 50kg for electrode,600kg for workpiece,
7. The finish roughness : Ra≤0.08μm. Minimum drive unit: 1μm.
8. Positioning accuracy can achieve ≤0.007 mm by two-way adjustment, ≤0.004 mm  by one-way repeat adjustment.
