Our newly introduced CNC/Wire Cut Machine(E600/E350) for large components machining

To meet the increasing needs and strengthen the capacity for the large components machining, AC Mould introduced a new CNC(Yang Shen) machine, Wire Cut Machine(Agie Charmille) E600/E350 one each in May. which have been put into use now, it can effectively solve the process capability and precision insufficient issues of the large workpieces.Moreover, it also effectively ensure the fine production arrangement and coordination of high-speed machine.

Actually, AC have been continuously automate the mould processing procedure in recent years, to maximize the working efficiency while essuring the hard quality of the mould.
