The machine is going to play an important role for mold fitting job, adding more precision and efficiency, with it's clamping force up to 1600KN.

Sophistication and merits of the machine:

-- All the main components for mechanical processing are manufactured by imported machining center, to ensure machining precision of press elements;

-- Shift-out rail of lower mold plate adopts wear resistant rail with intensified treatment and large scale dust-proof device;

-- Hydraulic system adopts optimal combination of imported high performance hydraulic elements, and PARK oil pump, which is a world top brand, also hydraulic valves of Japanese or Taiwanese brand have been used in this machine.

-- And special purpose computer control system for mold spotting press together with large-screen colored LCD has been used in control unit, so it is convenient to handle.
